A note about the following Tech Sheets
Since Hybridyne was formed in 2004, we have observed that our PV inverters and Wind Inverters ( now products of our sister company Hybridyne Power Electronics, Inc. , HPE ) have greatly exceeded the output of 'conventional' power electronics.
Specifically, we have repeatedly reported a 30% increase in yield compared to ordinary inverters. Now that PV arrays are beginning to come 'on line' under Ontario's Feed In Tariff ( FIT ) program, we have the opportunity to to head-to-head comparisons with fully metered and monitored arrays connected to Hybridyne Power Electronics HyperWatt inverters and similar arrays connected to conventional invterers. These Tech Sheets report and analyze the data gathered from these monitoring periods.
We are, of course, pleased to report that all the monitoring has confirmed that HyperWatt inverters from HPE do indeed outperform conventional inverters by at least 30 %.
